This is a very old saying from back in the day when you had to put a quarter in the door of a public restroom to use the toilet. Here goes:

"Here I sit broken-hearted

Paid to Sh*t

but only farted"

It still makes me laugh even though I haven seen a pay toilet since childhood. haha!
