I love this essay, Natasha! You make a good case for why you loved the book, your father reading it to you and your brother. I don’t know why I loved “The Three Billy Goats Gruff” I can’t remember who, if anyone, read it to me…but I can close my eyes and see the troll and the bridge and the goats, and I’m 74 years old.
