Hmmm I saw a woman who was topless running through the woods in Northern Ohio just the other day yelling “help me, I think I have rabies !” Although she was half naked, she did have on a tool belt with a self tapping screw, an electrical cord, a drill, a can of Red Bull and a bag of cheese puffs….WAS THAT YOU??
